Fixed Fee

We operate on a fixed fee basis and as such, the fee mentioned on the website or the quote that you obtain on the invoice from us initially would be the final fee, provided that you do not have any additional requirements over and above the service you had sought initially.

We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee to ensure that you have ample time to commit to the transaction and service.

Personal and Business Legal Services

• Once you place an order for a legal document, a designated lawyer will send you a preliminary mail within 8 hours.

• The initial draft of the legal document would be sent to your registered email address within three (3) working days inconsequential of whether you have sent us the required documents or not.

• If you have opted for urgent preparation, the initial draft would be sent within one (1) working day inconsequential of whether you have sent us the required documents or not.

• The attestation of true copy of your documents will be done by a designated lawyer within the same working day.

• The attested true copy of your documents will be sent digitally within the same working day.

• For unique personal or business legal services, a quote will be provided within four (4) hours if it is made before two (2) PM (Gulf Standard Time) on that respective day

• For trademark search, the service shall be completed within 48 hours by the designated lawyer after making the payment.

• For trademark filing, the service shall be completed within a maximum period of 180 days by the designated lawyer from the date of making the payment (Subject to no objections).

Company Formation

Trade License of your free zone/ offshore company will be issued within five (5) working days from the date of submission of the requisite documents.

Bank Account Opening

• Bank accounts for mainland companies will be opened within two (2) weeks.
• Bank accounts for free zone companies will be opened within four (4) weeks.
• Bank accounts for offshore companies will be opened within six to eight (6-8) weeks.
